At AS Aqua , we value your satisfaction and aim to offer the best aquarium products and services. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 
Returns Eligibility

You can request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags/accessories intact.

 
Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged:

  • Live fish and plants

  • Fish foods and liquid items

  • Opened filters, medicines, and test kits

  • Custom-built aquariums and installations

 

How to Request a Return
  1. Email or WhatsApp us with your order ID, product details, and photos/video proof of damage or defect.

  2. Our team will verify and approve eligible return cases within 24–48 hours.

  3. Once approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you on return shipping.

  4. After inspection, refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.

 

Refunds
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

Cancellations
  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once shipped, the order is treated as fulfilled and cannot be cancelled
