Delivery of live fish or plants may be restricted to select areas to ensure safe transit.
2. Shipping Charges

Extra charges may apply for remote or special handling zones (you will be informed at checkout)
3. Dispatch & Handling Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom-built tanks or special items may take up to 7–10 days to ship.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
4. Delivery Time
Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Cities/Towns: 4–7 business days
Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

5. Live Fish & Plants Delivery
Live items are packed with care using oxygen, insulation, and leak-proof packaging.
Delivery for live fish is usually done via same-day or overnight shipping, depending on your location.
Customers must record an unboxing video to claim Dead on Arrival (DOA) support, if applicable.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we’ll share a tracking ID via SMS or email. You can track your shipment status online.
